1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SynergyLink (HK) Limited ("SynergyLink," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of Zevqulani VPN (the "App" or "Service"). By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. App Store License
Zevqulani VPN is licensed, not sold. Unless a valid custom end-user license agreement is presented for the App, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") applies to your license. If these Terms conflict with mandatory terms of the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of that conflict.
3. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian and only where permitted by applicable law. The Service is not directed to children below the minimum age permitted for digital services in their country or region.
4. Description of the Service
Zevqulani VPN provides virtual private network features for supported traffic managed by the App. Available features may include automatic or manual server selection, multiple connection modes, Country-Based Routing, Kill Switch, DNS Leak Protection, and security checks.
Country-Based Routing makes routing decisions for supported traffic managed by the App. Some iOS system traffic or traffic outside the App's technical control may not follow the selected VPN route. The Service does not guarantee access to any specific website, app, platform, media, product, or content in any country or region.
5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions and Free Trial
5.1 Plans and Pricing
The App offers weekly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The price, billing currency, trial availability, and exact subscription period shown in the App at the time of purchase control. Prices may vary by country or region and may change for future purchase periods as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
5.2 Three-Day Free Trial
Where offered and where you are eligible, a subscription may begin with a 3-day free trial. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and the offer displayed at purchase. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan shown on the purchase screen.
5.3 Billing and Automatic Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase or at the end of an applicable free trial. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple may charge the renewal to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price presented for renewal.
5.4 Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You can view, manage, change, or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or use Apple's subscription-management page:

Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription. We do not currently provide a separate in-app subscription-management screen.
5.5 Restore Purchases
The App provides a Restore Purchases function for eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account. Restoration remains subject to Apple's records and rules.
5.6 Refunds
Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and applicable law. SynergyLink does not control whether Apple approves a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right.
6. Advertising
The App displays advertising through Google AdMob, including personalized advertising where permitted and authorized. Advertising providers may process device, advertising, approximate-location, and interaction data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can deny or change tracking permission through iOS or iPadOS privacy settings.
We do not endorse or guarantee third-party advertisements, products, services, or websites. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or another person's rights;
- Distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access, interfere with systems, or perform security testing without permission;
- Harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, or harm any person;
- Distribute content unlawfully or infringe intellectual-property rights;
- Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
- Disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or compromise the Service, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
- Manipulate advertising, subscription, trial, entitlement, or service mechanisms;
- Use automated means to abuse the Service or avoid reasonable usage and security controls.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to your use of VPN services and online content in your location.
8. Service Availability and Changes
The Service may be unavailable, delayed, limited, blocked, or affected by your network, device, country or region, third-party services, maintenance, capacity, security events, or circumstances outside our control. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Where required by law, we will provide notice concerning material changes to a paid Service.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices, including VPN activity logs, server-side identifiers, cloud settings, support feedback, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and purchases. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The App and its software, interface, designs, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other content are owned by SynergyLink or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited license necessary to use the App under these Terms and the applicable App Store EULA.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on or may link to third-party services, including Apple, cloud and VPN infrastructure, Google AdMob, Firebase, analytics and crash-reporting tools, push-notification services, advertisers, and websites. We do not control independent third-party services and are not responsible for their separate terms, availability, content, or privacy practices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS, OR SUITABLE FOR ACCESSING ANY PARTICULAR CONTENT, OR THAT EVERY CONNECTION OR PACKET WILL FOLLOW A PARTICULAR ROUTE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYNERGYLINK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, but stopping use or deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to the Service or others. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A dispute may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction. This section does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in a forum available under the consumer laws of your place of residence.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, subscriptions, law, or our operations. We will post the revised Terms with a new "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable App Store EULA form the agreement governing your use of the Service.
